Job description

The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for delivering sales targets across the entire Coty portfolio in a specific store by making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence and build retailer support. Your focus:

• Meet and exceed Monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service.
• Work as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to genuinely "consult."
• Have strong ownership and accountability.
• Be passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards.
• Ensure store standards are met and maintenance of all counters and fixtures are managed.
• Master the English language on a near-native level.
• Be computer knowledgeable.
• Able to read and understand data.
• Follow marketing guidelines and instructions.

The team consists of 3-10 BA's store dependent, and you will work closely together with several departments such as VM, PMP and Sales. All your colleague's strong passionate people from a diverse background that each have something unique to bring to the business.
