Job summary

A major new build developer in Staffordshire is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to run the show home and manage the sales journey from the initial enquiry to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong IT literacy, a good understanding of the local market, and the ability to build rapport with buyers. This role requires working weekends with a supportive team environment. Fuel allowance is included, and the hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.

• Ability to manage the sales journey from enquiry to completion.
