The Role

This is an exciting entry point into the dynamic world of Spine medical devices. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with experienced Medical Device Sales Representatives to support and grow sales within your territory.

You will:

  • Support the execution of sales strategies to drive growth in targeted accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
  • Support customer education and training in the operating room and clinical settings
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on patient outcomes
  • Represent Stryker with professionalism, integrity, and passion at all times
