Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Focus on the customer during prime time selling hours to enhance the VIBE.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model to peers.
• Assist in training and development of peers and communicate effectively in team meetings.
• Maintain tills, handling shipments and fitting room guidelines, and keep back stock organized.
• Support merchandising and display projects and ensure floors are well stocked.
