Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Enhance the store vibe by focusing on customers during peak hours.
• Provide a store experience that reflects the company’s standards.
• Contribute to the overall VIBE in the store by being positive, respectful and helpful to others.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model to peers.
• Work productively within the team and take initiative to collaborate.
• Assist in the training and development of peers.
• Communicate positively and effectively with peers.
• Participate in daily and department meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in job knowledge (tills, shipment tasks, and fitting room guidelines).
• Assist in the processing of new shipments and keep back stock areas clean and organized.
• Support timely completion of weekly tasks (markdowns, re-tickets, transfers and RTVs).
• Observe loss prevention guidelines and inventory controls.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations.
• Uphold store merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure merchandise is ticketed and sales floor is well stocked.
• Assist in merchandising and display projects.
