ALO YOGA is seeking a Sales Associate to help achieve store sales goals by delivering authentic customer experiences and educating guests about our community and culture. You will be an expert in product knowledge across features, fabric, usage, and care, working with a team to maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment.

In this role you’ll engage customers, drive sales initiatives, analyze store data with leadership, and support shipment, merchandising and scheduling to optimise daily

Formación

• Client-centric sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel in a team.
• Empathy, integrity and building trusting relationships.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
• Engage customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; support action plans for growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
