Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Engage customers to provide a friendly and easy to shop environment
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and drive results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives
• Educate guests on product, store goals, launches and initiatives
• Introduce all facets of ALO's business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal knowledge
• Leverage company tools and incentives to support meeting store goals
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Educate guests on product, community and culture
• Understand and protect the daily schedule with leadership support
• Assist in processing shipments and maintaining product flow including merchandising and replenishment
• Ensure front and back of house procedures align with policy
• Support other areas including Sales and Cashier as needed
