Job summary

ALO YOGA is seeking a Sales Associate in Greater London to drive store sales through genuine connection, product knowledge, and community education. You will work on the shop floor, building client relationships and delivering an authentic ALO experience.

The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract. You should have prior client-centric sales experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Client-centric sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of stock handling.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading initiatives.
• Engage customers to create an easy and friendly shopping environment.
• Develop client relationships daily and educate customers about the community.
• Analyse store reports with leadership to strategize and implement action plans.
• Provide floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on product details, fabric, usage, care, and community.
• Assist with shipments and visual merchandising to maintain product flow.
