The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel brand that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 500 stores globally. We're hiring for our retail brick-and-mortar store in Birmingham. We want hardworking, personable, goal-oriented team members. The store is an experience where a clean, enjoyable, and fun environment is of utmost importance.

Responsibilities
  • Our goal is to make peoples’ day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!
  • Greet our guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
  • Get to know your customer to suggestively sell to their lifestyle.
  • Replenish sales floor as needed.
  • Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
  • Embrace an environment that is respectful in communication.
  • Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
