We are currently recruiting for:
Position: Sales Associate
Location: Bicester
Job Type: Part Time – 16 hours per week across 2 days
We do need team members available when our customers visit the most—so weekend availability is important.
What You’ll Do This isn’t your typical retail role. As a Trek Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first‑faced customers who meet when they walk through the door. You’ll help people explore the world of cycling, learn about some of the most innovative products in the industry, and support customers in finding exactly what they need. Your role is all about creating warm, meaningful interactions. You’ll listen closely, understand each customer’s goals, and offer thoughtful recommendations that make their cycling journey even better. You’ll also build lasting relationships with riders in the community—many of whom will come back to see you because of the experience you have. Things move quickly, customers are curious, and teamwork is essential. What truly matters is your dedication to hospitality, your willingness to learn, and your desire to provide exceptional service. Whether you’re already a cycling expert or just excited to learn, we’ll support your growth every step of the way.
