Overview

Pandora is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to help customers discover beautiful, hand-finished jewellery and to turn each interaction into a special memory. This is a Fixed-Term Contract for 6 months, with 8 hours per week.

Work days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant at Pandora, you’ll live our values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering every day. You’ll be the link between our products and our customers, driving sales, delivering excellent service, and sharing your love for our sustainability and quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales & deliver exceptional service: Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by executing our customer experience model “Every Moment Matters”, creating memorable experiences for customers
  • Build rapport and loyalty: Build meaningful connections with customers, providing personalised service and care
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Share product knowledge and curate jewellery selections that tell a story
  • Achieve sales targets: Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction
  • Support store operations: Assist with stock deliveries, maintain shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till
