Job summary

Plumb Centre in Wrexham is seeking a Sales Assistant to support customers at the trade counter, offering specialist advice on climate control products and accessories. The role includes handling quotes by phone and email, and driving branch sales with both new and existing customers.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 07:30–17:00 with Saturday rota mornings 08:00–12:00. Benefits include generous leave and pension, bonus potential, and health perks.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs for all things climate control and providing advice and product recommendations e.g. air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, accessories and spares
• Responding to customer enquiries for quotes via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
• Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers
• General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the system and putting it away and picking and packing customer orders

This is a full time time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.
