Job summary

Wolseley Group in Basildon is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to manage customer projects, calls, deliveries and stock coordination from our Basildon Office. You will maintain open communication with customers and drive relationship-building with suppliers and stakeholders.

The role is full-time (Mon-Fri, 40 hours), with a competitive salary and potential bonuses; benefits include pension, holidays, and health perks. Training provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a coordination, administrative or customer support role - not essential as full training provided.
• Highly organised, proactive, good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment, and support other departments when required.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and various stakeholders.

As a Technical Sales Advisorbased in our Basildon Office, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating the multiple customer projects including customer order call off's, arranging deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, after sales, and general customer project updates.

• Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.

• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer service.

This is a full time, permanent role working Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week, 08:00am to 17:00pm with 1hrs break within our Basildon Office.
