Job summary

Wolseley UK is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor for the Basildon office. You will coordinate customer projects, manage orders and deliveries, and maintain strong communication with customers to ensure smooth progress.

The role focuses on building relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, with training provided and a competitive benefits package. A full-time, 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, is offered in Basildon.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administrative or customer support roles is preferred but training is provided.
• Highly organized, proactive with good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment and support other departments.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Advisor based in our Basildon Office, you’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating the multiple customer projects including customer order call off’s, arranging deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, after sales, and general customer project updates.
• Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer service.

This is a full time, permanent role working Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week, 08:00am to 17:00pm with 1hrs break within our Basildon Office.

• Previous experience within a coordination, administrative or customer support role - not essential as full training provided
• Highly organised, proactive, good communication and Microsoft office skills
