Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited in Basildon, Essex, is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to manage customer projects, coordinate orders, deliveries and updates. You’ll maintain clear communication with customers and build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a coordination, administrative or customer support role - not essential as full training provided.
• Highly organised, proactive, good communication and Microsoft office skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment, and support other departments when required.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the multiple customer projects including customer order call off’s, arranging deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, after sales, and general customer project updates.
• Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer service.
