Job summary

Castle Employment Group is recruiting a Customer Relations Advisor for an established manufacturing business. You will take ownership of customer orders from receipt to dispatch and keep customers informed throughout the process.

You will work closely with internal supply chain and logistics teams, chasing information when needed, and you will manage several priorities to ensure orders stay on track. Office-based customer service or sales support experience is ideal.
