Job summary

Manpower is supporting a reputable client in a search for a customer sales advisor to work initially on a 3 month fixed term contract, with potential to extend or become permanent.

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team committed to delivering excellent customer experience, handling inquiries and driving customer satisfaction across the sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience using CRM systems
• Comfortable with upselling

Responsibilities

• Take inbound sales orders and enquiries from customers, ensuring accuracy and excellent service.
• Actively participate to achieve monthly average order value targets and upsell where appropriate.
• Build and maintain effective communications with internal teams to ensure high customer experience levels.
• Use active listening to understand customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Resolve queries efficiently and ensure appropriate follow-up via phone, SLA tracker and shared inbox.

• You will be part of a team that is collaborative, supportive and is committed to delivering excellent customer experience.
• Actively participate to achieve monthly average order value targets. Upselling /cross selling and gap analysis.
• Build and maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external Sales Teams, Operations, Supply Chain, Transport Control and Credit Control to ensure maximum customer experience levels are achieved.
• Use active listening skills when speaking with our customers to understand their business needs and exceed expectations.
• Develop and maintain skills, by resolving customer queries and requests for product information efficiently. Ensure appropriate follow-up is completed via the telephone, SLA Tracker and Shared inbox.
• Take responsibility for self-development and always ensure that our SHINE values are at the core of all you do.
• Receive inbound sales orders and enquires from our customers, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service to the customer.
