The role: Sales Analyst

You'll be part of a small, dynamic, and growing team, at the heart of a fintech business making an impact.

The role involves working within the Sales team to generate and manage new client leads. Initially, responsibilities will focus on sales and back-office support, with potential to evolve into a sales role with greater responsibilities.

This position offers a great opportunity to gain insights into financial services, banking operations, client interactions, and the Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) sectors. Prior experience in Marketing or Sales is a plus but not required; experience in finance or proficiency in multiple languages could also be beneficial.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage prospect onboarding, collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth processes
  • Maintain regular contact with new and existing clients, respond to cold leads, and arrange follow-up meetings
  • Support clients with queries regarding the platform and our offerings
  • Work with the data team to update CRM and generate reports to track sales targets
  • Assist in managing partner relationships
  • Support marketing strategies for Venture Capital and Private Equity by providing data and content
  • Participate in client meetings alongside sales representatives, demonstrate the platform, and educate clients on new products
  • Attend industry networking events
