SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue operations, driving efficiency, and maximizing performance across our sales teams. This position requires a strategic thinker who is highly organized, has a deep understanding of sales processes and forecasting, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The role will report to the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations and be responsible for driving the day-to-day operational cadence and strategy.

We are focusing on candidates located in the United Kingdom.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with sales leadership to drive overall business cadence and sales forecasting excellence, providing regular updates on performance and progress.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue operations, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Enablement, Deal Desk, and Order Management, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive operational strategies.
  • Partner with the GTM Systems and Tools team to implement and utilize operational systems and tools effectively, supporting operational objectives.
  • Work with the GTM Analytics team to develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track performance and provide insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations, recommending innovative approaches for continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Proven success in revenue operations or a related role, with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of revenue operations processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Proficiency with systems like Salesforce and Excel.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • A strategic, results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
