About the role

We seek a talented sales and marketing analyst to execute prospecting initiatives aimed at increasing lead generation. As the first contact with prospects, the ideal candidate will excel at researching leads, initiating relationships, and supporting sales closers.

You will be part of the marketing team to generate marketing qualified leads, analyze and run prospecting drip campaigns, and follow up with prospects on LinkedIn. Quick learning, strong communication skills, and strategic content presentation are essential.

MUST haves:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for prospecting and communication
  • FS domain experience, understanding loan origination processes for mortgages or secured lending (desirable)
  • Exposure to AI/ML in loan origination (desirable)
  • Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities

The individual will collaborate with sales & marketing to generate and nurture leads. Responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads and nurturing warm prospects
  • Managing a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Setting up meetings between prospects and sales leaders
  • Analyzing and running prospecting campaigns on Freshsales
  • Following up with prospects
  • Developing strategies to generate new MQLs
  • Running LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
  • Refining lead generation practices

Desired Skills
