We're on the lookout for a leader to spearhead our latest initiative, operating at the forefront of innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role demands the agility to navigate across multiple functions seamlessly, resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excitement to handle challenges head-on, and excellence in analytical abilities.

About the role:

Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for automating dashboards, monitoring key success metrics, managing WBR reports, identifying problem areas and business challenges, and collaboratively shaping solutions with different Amazon teams to help optimize and improve the smartphone business. The successful candidate has a passion for extracting actionable insights from data. They need to innovate and quickly become a subject matter expert to assess business performance across Amazon's smartphone business. The candidate should have significant experience working with automation, analyzing data, identifying trends, extracting conclusions, and presenting findings clearly using data across various data marts, aligned with Amazon’s strategic needs.

Required skills and experience:

• Enjoy problem solving and conducting Root Cause analysis.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight, or similar).

Key job responsibilities:

1. Deliver all analytical requirements across different business areas for the new initiative launch.
2. Own the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, analysis, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
3. Perform ad-hoc and strategic data analysis.
4. Build dashboards to effectively communicate insights.
5. Ensure data accuracy through validation.
6. Apply data mining and quantitative analysis to improve content selection, shopping experience, and delivery speed.
7. Adopt best practices in reporting: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
8. Build automation to reduce manual data pulls.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
