Commercial Analyst - UK and Ireland (Remote)

In this newly created role, you will utilize advanced analytical skills to develop tangible business intelligence that results in actionable insights to drive sales, service excellence, and profitability. Implement, develop, and support business tools, templates, and solutions that enable the sales and service organization to deliver an optimal strategy.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Contributing to the development and execution of sales & service objectives, key results, and activities that underpin growth strategies.
  2. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for decision-making and business improvement; conducting needs analyses for commercial data requirements.
  3. Proactively discussing business intelligence needs and opportunities with leadership.
  4. Managing monthly and quarterly price/volume analysis and identifying opportunities to increase price or value.
  5. Supporting sales leaders in analyzing pricing results and defining strategies.
  6. Developing business case templates for new opportunities and general deal analysis.
  7. Refining sales enablement systems based on insights to improve effectiveness.
  8. Analyzing customer data and KPIs to enhance customer experience.
  9. Ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO9001, and UKI legislation.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing operations.
  • Skilled in business problem scoping and solving.
  • Proficient in financial, pricing, market analysis reports, dashboards, and pricing analysis.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and influencing SLT members.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Healthcare or medical device experience is preferred but not essential.

Skills:

  • Root cause and data analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident stakeholder presentation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Organized, able to prioritize, and work under pressure.
