Job summary

EE is recruiting a Sales Advisor for our Newcastle area contact centre. You’ll handle inbound calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband and guiding them through our range of tech products.

You’ll need to be a great listener and fluent speaker to match customers with the right product. This is a full-time permanent role with a two-week rotating shift pattern, starting January 2027, with a salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus
