Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for our Newcastle contact centre. You will take inbound calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our range of tech products. You’ll need to listen carefully, stay friendly, and match customers with the right solution.

The role is full-time and permanent, with 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotation. Starting salary is £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months, with incentives and bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Be a great listener and fluent talker.
• Experience in retail or hospitality helps.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from existing EE customers to find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Guide customers through EE products and navigate different tech offerings.
