Job summary

EE is recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join our contact centre in Newcastle. You will take inbound calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our range of tech products.

You’ll need to listen carefully, engage confidently, and match customers to the right solution. Starting salary is £26,116 with progression to £26,738 after eight months, plus uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and meet sales targets.
