Job summary

EE in Newcastle upon Tyne is recruiting a Sales Advisor for our contact centre. You’ll join a lively team handling incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband and guiding them through our tech products.

You’ll need to be a strong listener and a fluent speaker, with experience in retail or hospitality welcome. Expect 12‑hour shifts on a two‑week rotation, with a starting salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus incentives
