EE are seeking a Sales Advisor for our contact centre in Newcastle upon Tyne. This full-time, permanent role starts January 2027. You will handle incoming calls from EE customers, guiding them to the best phone and broadband deals and helping them navigate our tech products.

We value outgoing personalities who enjoy talking to people and working in a lively team. Shifts are 12 hours on a two-week rotation, with uncapped commission and generous benefits to support you.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and clear communication style.
• Able to actively listen and talk with customers.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
