EE is hiring a Sales Advisor in our Newcastle contact centre. You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband. You’ll also guide customers through the range of EE products to match their needs.

You’ll work 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotation from our Newcastle/North Tyneside team, with a starting salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months, plus incentives and bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Formación

• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
