Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for our busy customer contact centre in the Newcastle/North Tyneside area. You’ll handle inbound calls, help customers pick the best deals on phones and broadband, and match products to needs with keen listening.

This full-time, permanent role starts January 2027 and uses 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotation. Salary starts at £26,116 and rises to £26,738 after eight months, with incentives and benefits including healthcare, free parking and staff discounts.
