Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for its Newcastle contact centre. You’ll handle incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best phone and broadband deals and guiding them through EE’s tech products.

We’re seeking energetic, outgoing people with great listening skills who enjoy talking to customers and hitting targets. Full-time, permanent roles with training in a lively team environment in Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in retail or hospitality.
