Wards of Kent is seeking a Sales Advisor in Maidstone. You will engage with customers, promote services, and ensure exceptional experiences across every interaction. Your phone will be central to outreach, and you will organise property viewings or open days to showcase homes.

Responsibilities

• Start the day with a team huddle and coffee.
• Connect with customers, upsell services and ensure the best client experience.
• Make numerous calls to convert conversations into opportunities.
• Organise and host property viewings and open days.
• Get offers agreed and hand over keys to delighted buyers.

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!
