Job summary

Wards of Kent is seeking a Sales Advisor in Crawley to deliver outstanding customer experiences in property sales. You’ll start with a basic salary of £21,000 plus uncapped commission, with guaranteed earnings for the first four months and ongoing support to ensure a minimum combined income of £29,400.

The role requires a full driving license and your own car, plus a strong focus on client service, viewings, and turning conversations into sales.

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!
