Job summary

Wards of Kent is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our Ramsgate team. You’ll engage with customers, present options, arrange viewings, and help clients move into their new homes.

The package includes a £21,000 base salary with uncapped commissions; guaranteed earnings for four months and a minimum combined income of £29,400.

The Package

Basic Salary: £21,000

Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)

Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including one in three Saturdays off

Essential: A full driving license and your own car
