Job summary

Cubitt & West is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to join our estate agency team in the UK. You will start with a team coffee and a quick huddle, then engage customers, propose extra services and guide viewings to deliver excellent service.

With an uncapped commission structure and guaranteed earnings for the first four months, there is a clear path to a minimum combined income of £29,400. A full driving licence and your own car are essential.

Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)

Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)
