Bellway Group in The Lothians is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a predominantly site-based role at a new development. You will drive sales, manage reservations, and guide customers through show homes while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the housebuilding industry is beneficial.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service and handling confidential information.
• Experience with property sales and marketing processes.
• Ability to interact professionally with home buyers and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and manage reservations through contract exchange and completion.
• Guide customers around show homes and site to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records using Bellway’s CRM and liaise with solicitors and financial advisers.
• Attend weekly sales/site meetings with the Site Manager and action any points.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policy and site standards.
