Site Angels Ltd is recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor on a flagship development in Tranent, Scotland. You will guide buyers from initial enquiry through to handover, delivering a premium customer experience and coordinating with solicitors, mortgage advisors and internal teams to drive completions.

The role requires a confident, professional approach with strong organisational skills. A full UK driving licence and transport are essential for visits across the site network.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales with a national or regional housebuilder.
• Confident, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes on a busy, high-profile development.
• Build rapport with potential buyers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal teams to ensure smooth completions.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company sales procedures.
• Work weekends as part of your standard rota (with two consecutive days off midweek).
