Job summary

Bellway Homes is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term role in the Berkshire/Hampshire area, primarily site-based with some travel to divisional offices. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, support contract exchanges, and maintain high standards of customer service while working to meet targets.

You will liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisers, guide visitors around show homes, and keep CRM records up to date. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused sales environment is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets as defined by senior management.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisers to ensure timely contract exchange and completions.
• Progress reservations through contract exchange and completion.
• Show customers around show homes and site plots to demonstrate products and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records in Bellway's CRM system and ensure site safety practices are followed.
• Attend weekly Sales/Site meetings and implement action points.
