Zusammenfassung

Bellway Group in Paisley is recruiting a Sales Advisor to join the Scotland West Division. You will manage day-to-day sales at the development, guide customers around show homes, and progress reservations through to exchange and completion.

You will liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors, hit sales targets and maintain site presentation and accurate CRM records. A full UK driving licence and flexibility for weekend hours are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in property sales and marketing process is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales targets and progress reservations through contract exchange and legal completion.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely exchanges and completions.
• Guide customers around show homes and sites to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Maintain high standards of site presentation and ensure safety policy adherence.
• Utilise CRM system to maintain accurate records and coordinate meetings.
• Attend weekly Sales/Site Meetings and act on action points.
