Job summary

Bellway is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a division-based development in Regent's Gate, Virginia Water. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, guide customers, and coordinate with solicitors and advisors to progress reservations through to exchange and completion.

The role involves visiting show homes, ensuring site presentation, and maintaining CRM records. A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within the housebuilding industry would be beneficial.
• Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience of property sales and marketing process.
• Experience of dealing with people in a customer focused environment including home visits.
• Experience of establishing effective working relationships with other property professionals and outside agencies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as defined by senior management.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely contract exchange and completions.
• Proactively work with Sales Managers to increase sales.
• Maintain high standards of site presentation.
• Provide full and accurate information to purchasers.
• Guide customers around show homes and site features.
• Ensure visitors are aware of Bellway's Health and Safety policy.
• Utilise Bellway's CRM system and keep records up to date.
• Attend weekly Sales/Site meetings with the Site Manager.
