Job summary

Bellway Homes in Scotland East is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a development in The Lothians. The role reports to the Sales Manager and covers all day-to-day sales activities, including guiding customers through show homes and progressing reservations to contract exchange.

You will work to achieve sales targets, liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisers, maintain CRM records and attend weekly Sales/Site meetings, with flexibility for weekends and evenings as required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to a vehicle for business use as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and progress reservations through contract exchange and legal completion.
• Show customers around show homes and plots to demonstrate products, features and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records in Bellway’s CRM system and coordinate with Site Manager for meetings.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely contracts.
