Job summary

Bellway Homes is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Southern Counties Division to run day-to-day sales at a development, delivering top-tier customer service and guiding reservations through to contract exchange and completion.

You will liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors, present show homes, manage CRM records, and work with the Sales Manager to hit targets. Site-based role with occasional travel to divisional offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in housebuilding beneficial.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience in property sales and marketing process.
• Experience dealing with people in customer-focused environment including home visits.
• Experience establishing effective relationships with property professionals and outside agencies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as defined by senior management.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely contract exchange and completions.
• Proactively work with Sales Managers to increase sales.
• Maintain site presentation to highest standards.
• Acquire knowledge to provide full and accurate information to purchasers.
• Guide customers around show homes, stock plots and site to demonstrate features and benefits.
• Ensure visitors are informed about Bellway’s Health and Safety policy.
• Maintain accurate records in Bellway’s CRM system.
• Coordinate with Site Manager for timely customer meetings; attend weekly Sales/Site meetings.
