Miller Homes is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to lead the development sales function in the Scotland East region, centered around the Dundee area. You will be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers, guiding the customer journey and securing home sales in line with company standards.

The role requires delivering high-quality customer service, solving problems as they arise, and presenting the development showroom with a compelling sales

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role.
• A presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service
• Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results

We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic Scotland East region, ideally based around the Dundee area. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.
