Job summary

Miller Homes Limited in Scotland East invites applications for a Sales Advisor role based in Dundee. You will manage the development sales function from pre-start to post completion, and be the main contact for customers throughout their journey.

The successful candidate will have proven high‑performance sales experience, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to a strong sales message across the development.

Qualifications

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role
• A presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service
• Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development

We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic Scotland East region, ideally based around the Dundee area. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

SALES ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
