Job summary

Red Recruitment is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a dynamic financial services team in Bristol. No insurance experience is required; full training and ongoing development will support your progression toward professional qualifications.

You’ll speak with potential customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products in a supportive, target-driven environment. Base salary up to £30,000 with uncapped commission and a balanced Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or tele-sales roles is advantageous.
• Ambition and motivation to succeed in a finance-related sales role.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive, proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn about financial services products.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Advisor:

• Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm
• One late shift per week, 12pm-8pm
• One Saturday per month, 9am-1pm
• Contract: Permanent
