Job summary

Bayman Atkinson Smythe Ltd in Trafford Park, Manchester, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team in a full-time, permanent role. The position focuses on sales support, order processing and delivering excellent customer service within a busy manufacturing environment.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will manage enquiries, quotations, order processing, shipping and invoicing using Salesforce and Priority ERP, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Proactive problem-solver able to handle queries and see tasks through to completion.
• Experience in sales support or order processing is essential; ERP/CRM systems familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and Salesforce, preparing quotations.
• Process UK and Export sales orders using Priority ERP from order to invoicing.
• Coordinate customer deliveries, transportation and samples with internal teams, agents and distributors.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve queries and process credit notes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pricing updates.
• Support the Sales team with reporting and customer information.
• Collaborate across Customer Service, Sales Support and supply chain.
