Bayman Atkinson Smythe Ltd in Trafford Park, Manchester, is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join an established international manufacturing business on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will own day-to-day purchasing administration, raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and coordinate imports, shipments and ERP updates. The role offers £32,000-£35,000, parking, pension and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling purchase orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing software is helpful.
• Strong communication with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Manage the purchasing process: raise purchase orders and communicate with suppliers.
• Coordinate shipping, imports and maintain relevant documentation.
• Verify goods against purchase orders and update ERP records.
• Process supplier invoices and provide payment information to Finance.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records in line with QA systems.
