Job summary

Rapiscan Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support the sales team across the full order lifecycle. You will liaise with Sales Managers and Directors, handle paperwork, and provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Based in Salfords, Redhill, you will work with multiple departments, manage quotes, assist with tenders, and help maintain the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerised systems essential.
• Experience of Sales CRM.
• Able to learn new in-house IT systems for sales tasks.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in a sales office environment is advantageous.
• Experience in a global company and Europe region advantageous.
• Languages additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work from office based in Salfords, Redhill.
• Support the Sales Director in all aspects of customer and distributor contact.
• Create, edit and manage sales paperwork for Order Processing.
• Liaise with departments of the worldwide group for technical queries and follow up.
• Provide help and problem solving on Sales Orders, amendments and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations/Logistics/Service and Projects departments.
• Maintain the opportunity system record using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Assist with paperwork required for tenders.
• Create, edit and manage quotes.
• Work with marketing to create and maintain promotional documents.
• Grow the role and begin to take ownership of sales for certain product groups.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate high organisation skills and clear communication.
• Duties may be modified or assigned to meet business needs.
• Some travel may be expected in UK and across Europe.
• Occasionally join virtual calls outside of 9am–5pm timelines.
