Job summary

GetRecruited UK Ltd is seeking a Sales Administrator to join the Manchester team. The role is office-based and focuses on managing the sales order process from enquiry through to delivery, coordinating with merchandising, warehouse and distribution to meet delivery targets.

You will be highly organised, capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced sales environment, and comfortable taking initiative to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, sales administration or customer service experience would be beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised and proactive with the ability to work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries.
• Processing and managing customer sales orders.
• Liaising with internal departments to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Building relationships with existing account customers.
• Promoting products over the telephone to generate and increase business.
• Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the order process.
• Completing general administration and office duties to support the sales department.
