Our teams, both locally and nationally, work together to ensure we show people the perfect home for them. Roles include building and maintaining websites, running marketing campaigns, supporting customers through purchase and personalisation, and ensuring their satisfaction after purchase. Some team members work on-site in showrooms, others support from the office, but all focus on meeting customer needs.

You will be expected to:

  • Ensure client extras are completed on time with correct payment.
  • Process reservations and support on-site staff during exchanges and completions, coordinating paperwork.
  • Update on Sales Inspections and New Home Tours to confirm settlements.
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports, including competitor analysis, reservations, legal statistics, revenues, and costs, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain and update enquiries database.
  • Generate letters and memos, such as pre-contract and welcome letters.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and service providers to coordinate work and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform general office tasks like faxing, filing, photocopying, and answering calls.
  • Coordinate with Brokers, Solicitors, and the Sales team on mortgage and legal processes.
  • Process credit and debit card transactions in compliance with PCI DSS standards and undertake necessary training.

To succeed, candidates should be:

  • I T literate with intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
  • Possessing a legal or estate agency background is desirable.
  • Professional and proficient in dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Proactive and able to prioritise workload.
  • Flexible regarding workload.
