Job Title: Sales Administrator – Full Time – Glasgow HQ

At itison, we connect 1.7 million members with local businesses, create world-class events, manage popular venues, and support charitable experiences. We believe in making a positive impact and fostering a fun, rewarding work environment. We are seeking a smart, systems-savvy Sales Administrator to join our Mission Control team.

The role is based full-time at our Glasgow headquarters and is ideal for an experienced administrator seeking a new challenge.

Responsibilities:
  1. Processing deals and events, including data management from contracts to fact-checking, copywriting, image selection, and error correction.
  2. Setting up daily email campaigns, ensuring accurate feature listings, and crafting compelling copy and subject lines.
  3. Managing our in-house hotel booking system, Reservations Manager.
  4. Liaising with partner businesses via phone and email to activate deals and troubleshoot issues.
  5. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to resolve issues, update on deals, and provide feedback on guidelines.
  6. Supporting other departments with daily operations, seasonal campaigns, and new projects.
  7. Performing ad-hoc tasks to support company growth.

Training will be provided on team tasks and company systems.

Candidate Traits:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
  • Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance.
